CWIC110004 model - Pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.5 bar and pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar. CWIC200055 model - Pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar and pressure relief valve set at 4.5 bar. The product incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). For use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure range 1.5 bar to 6.0 bar (both models). Maximum operating temperature 20°C.

'Kepital F10-01 T2, F10-02, F10-03H, F20-03M, F25-03 & F30-03M'. The following grades were added to the approval in April 2023: ‘Kepital F30-34, F10-01, F10-03HM, F20-03, F25-03M & F30-03’. Natural, unpigmented (white in appearance), injection moulded POM materials. All the grades listed can be coloured using the following masterbatch MB-S315F (black coloured masterbatch). All are for use with water up to 85°C.
'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer and DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer’ as per Product Data Sheet '2023-02-27'. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating' as per Product Data Sheet ‘210705’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FP60 Dark Blue'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'FP60/Rev:3' October 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPL Gold Portland Slag Cement'. Grey coloured, factory applied Portland Slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.4:0.35 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product information dated 'August 16,2022'. Cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘ET Ordinary Portland Cement’. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s ‘Standard Operating Procedure 'ET-SAM/DIP-PP/SOP/013', 'Rev. No 01', dated '15.12.2019'. Cure for 40 days@26°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
