Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. The product incorporates a fixed riser and overhead shower and is supplied with a shower hose and handset. Both inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate that they provide backflow protection.
