Range of drinking water stations. Flow is controlled via a push-button tap assembly (which incorporates a flow regulator) on all models. Model Park Tap 016 0104-TS-016_WRAS incorporates two outlets (bubbler at low-level & bottle filler at high-level). The flexible hose assembly which rises through the body of the station to the lower outlet incorporates a single check valve assembly (verified by test as suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Model Hall TAP_EN (indoor) incorporates one (bottle filler type) outlet with a fixed drip tray under. Street Tap 0104-TS003_WRAS incorporates one (bottle filler type) outlet. 'DURACON® M25-44 WK2001, M90-44 WK2001 & M270-44-WK2001'. White coloured, injection moulded POM materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JSP-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2022.1.1', revision 'A2'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5005 & Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet version dated '29/08/17'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'S' epoxy powder coating. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'SNC-EP09V1 - date 2009/12/1'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 77:23 and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet dated '10/05/2019'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Relipoxy 342'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply in accordance with manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines Revision 2' issue no. and date ;116/2021 15th Feb 2021'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA 571 ES Blue 536'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyolefin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '08/2022'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
