'SPL Gold Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1.0:1.4:0.35 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C & 70% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endoprene 888.55'. Factory applied, two-component, beige coloured polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet 'Doc. 089' dated '01/07/2011'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. 'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'OP-90601' (orange coloured) & 'IP-90604' (light orange coloured). Injection moulded polyester materials. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Aura HDPE Electrofusion Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded HDPE (PE100) electrofusion fittings. For use with water up to 65°C.
'8EP2400 gaskets and 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded 'O'-rings with a tested in-radius size of 0.9mm. Black coloured, extruded gaskets with a tested in-radius size of 0.5mm. Both gaskets and 'O'-rings have a shore hardness of 80 and are for use with water up to 85°C.
'EP6007K'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'NB03973PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber. Shore hardness 71. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From December 2023, the material is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
