Range of electronic, thermostatic mixing valves which incorporate a solenoid valve on the inlet and various outlet configurations dependant on model. All models are supplied with a user interface that controls flow and temperature. The inlets of models 1.1503.678, 1.1503.682, 1.1503.690, 1.1503.698 & 1.1621.099 incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection Model 1.1503.702 – Rada Sense W KIT T3 Washbasin is supplied with a wall mounted spout outlet. Model 1.1503.706 – Rada Sense S KIT T3 Shower is supplied with a fixed shower outlet. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of wall mounted bar type thermostatic shower mixers with brass bodies (various finishes), incorporating a ceramic disc headwork which controls and diverts the flow to a hand shower or overhead shower using a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member with a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Products are supplied with an overhead shower, shower hose and shower handset. Maximum working pressure: 5.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature: 60ºC.
Range of T type thermostatic blending valves with (nickel plated) DZR brass bodies. The inlets incorporate a stainless-steel strainer and single check valve cartridge verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) Models HEAT160030 & HEAT160035 also incorporate a servicing valve at the inlet. Range of lugged and wafer type butterfly valves with blue epoxy coated bodies, incorporating EPDM rubber ‘O’-rings and seat, and either a bronze (AB2), stainless steel (CF8 & CF8M) or blue epoxy coated or nickel plated, ductile iron (DI) disc. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Piston type float operated inlet valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies. The products are supplied with a plastic float and carbon steel (galvanised) lever. The valves discharges from a downwards atmospheric discharge arrangement on the underside of the body. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies. The capillary union and compression models are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BSEN 1057). The inlets incorporate a stainless strainer. Reliance 315i Commercial Pressure Reducing Valves: Maximum supply pressure 21.0-25.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 2.5 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. Maximum supply pressure 16.0-20.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 2.0 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. Maximum supply pressure 11.0-15.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 1.5 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. During January 2022 these products were for cold water use only. Between February 2022 and January 2027 the products are for use with water up to 65°C. Models added May 2025: Maximum supply pressure 25.0 Bar. Outlet adjustment range: 5.0 bar min, 10.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies, integral stainless steel strainer, and EPDM ‘O’-rings and membrane. The oulet pressure is adjustable between 1.5 bar and 6.0 bar. Maximum inlet supply pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
