Initial approval was for ‘REK-8000-Premium’ (shore hardness 80) only. In April 2024 ‘REK-5000-Premium’ (shore hardness 50) & ‘REK-7000-Premium’ (shore hardness 70) were added to the approval. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Z440'. Black coloured, compression moulded FKM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 5.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'0612 HNBR'. Yellow coloured (opaque), injection moulded HNBR 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.31mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘N5066F, N5566F, N6066F, N6566F, N7066F, N7566F, N8066F, N8566F & N9066F’. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber `O` rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 50 & 90. 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of between 0.25mm & 5.0 mm. Gaskets have a tested in-radius size of between 0.3mm & 7.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SN-738PF'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber. Shore hardness 71. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From December 2023, the material is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
‘N70 60 003 197’. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘SIL40X02, SIL45X02, SIL50X02, SIL55X02, SIL60X02, SIL65X02, SIL75X02 & SIL80X02’. Range of compression moulded, silicone rubber `O` rings and gaskets available in natural, white, grey, blue, red, pale yellow, orange, green, brown and black colours. Shore hardness range 40 - 80. ‘SIL70B02’ – Blue coloured. ‘SIL70W01’ – Natural. ‘SIL70R01’ – Red coloured. ‘SIL7001’ – Black coloured. Range of compression moulded, silicone rubber `O` rings and gaskets available in colours listed above. Shore hardness 70. ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size range of 0.2mm – 5.0mm. Gaskets have an in-radius size range of 0.3mm – 7.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘YH001 (natural) & YH002 (grey)’. Natural (appears white coloured) and grey coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'THAT RAPID BLU-STUFF'. 'THAT RAPID BLU-GEL' was added to the approval in February 2025. Blue coloured pipe sealants. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TLM.LB.07', version '0', issue date '18/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hinton Solvent Cement HSC125 & HSC250'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Rev00 02062023'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'IRWR55'. Black coloured, compression moulded IIR rubber membrane/diaphragm. Shore hardness 51. Tested in-radius size 1.01mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
Range of wall mounted, single-hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled combination tap assemblies (chrome plated brass bodies). Flow is controlled via a solenoid, activated via an infra-red sensor. The outlets incorporate plastic aerators. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 70°C
