If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
ML-9005WGL414 (black coloured - RAL 9005), ML-6018WGL424 (green coloured - RAL 6018), ML-9A10WGL444 (white coloured - RAL 9010), ML-5007WGL424 (blue coloured - RAL 5007) & ML-6621WGL424 (green coloured - Pantone 334 C). Factory applied, electro-statically sprayed epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Pdb_ML-WGL414-EN (03-2023)’, dated ’23.03.2023’. Stove (cure) for 8 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Monolevel 844SP'. Site applied, grey coloured, polymer modified cementitious mortar. Mix mortar with water in a weight ratio of 5:0.6. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Bulletin No. ML844SP/031/010' issued July 2020. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Borsafe ME3440 (black), Borsafe ME3444 (blue) & Borsafe ME3440-W (black)'. PE80 materials suitable for injection moulding and extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Dowlex 2344'. Natural (appears white), compression moulded LLDPE material. From May 2025, the material may also be used for extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Spray SLC STD Inlay 24' & 'Spray SLC STD Inlay 16 Low'. Grey coloured, injection moulded, liquid silicone rubber components. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.44mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chrome plated brass bodies). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by via an infra-red sensor. The inlet to the solenoid incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and check valve cartridge(s), verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The product incorporates a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible connection hose, connecting the spout to the solenoid. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure - 10 Bar Maximum operating temperature - 60 °C
