'EIW-54'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 51 ShA. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 50°C.
‘N5118F, N5518F, N6118F, N6518F, N7118F, N7008F, N7518F, N8118F, N8518F & N9118F’. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber `O` rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 50 & 90. 'NP7055K'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber. Shore hardness 71. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘KSIL70’. Natural (off-white coloured), silicone rubber gaskets manufactured by pulltrusion. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.55mm & 0.85mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘2061 VMQ 60’, red coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings, washers and lip seals with a shore hardness of 60. ‘2172 VMQ 70’, blue coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber 'O' rings, washers and lip seals with a shore hardness of 70. 'EMS Force 5543'. 'EMS Force 5543-P' was added to the approval in February 2025. Blue coloured pipe sealants. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TLM.LB.07', version '0', issue date '07/03/2016'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Zilan DW-HT Rubber Membrane'. Black coloured, compression moulded butyl rubber membrane (in the form of a sheet of rubber). Shore hardness 50 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'IPF-PVC-U-H2O Pipe'. Grey coloured, extruded u-PVC pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
3-in1 single hole, single outlet (swivel) combination tap assembly (chromium plated or brushed stainless steel PVD brass). The cold//hot/mixed water circuit incorporates a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The near boiling water circuit incorporates a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a single lever operating member. The tap is supplied with a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly, brass adaptor incorporating a plastic flow regulator, NBR washer and plastic adaptor to connect the tap to the near boiling water unit (not supplied) and a PTFE or silicone (from September 2024) flexible pipe to deliver near boiling water back to the tap. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator, which includes a central stainless steel tube insert throughout the near boiling water outlet of the aerator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: 65°C (cold/hot/mixed water circuit). 99°C (near boiling water circuit after boiler unit, cold supply only prior to boiler unit).

M100 & M100-B30 ranges of hot press moulded GRP sectional, pre-insulated, cold water storage cisterns. The cisterns are sealed with butyl rubber and are supplied with a float operated valve (gunmetal or DZR brass body depending on size). The rooves are fitted with one or more sealed manhole access points, which can also be fitted at low level if required. Larger cisterns are fitted with stainless steel ties, GRP roof struts & GRP ladders. The M100-B30 models are supplied with a screened tank overflow, a screened tank breather, two-way expansion pipe tee piece, tank lid adaptor and tank connections. Models can also be supplied with access doors. Maximum working pressure of supplied inlet valve: Gunmetal body inlet valves 5.0 bar, DZR brass body inlet valves 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
