The valves operate via a non-rising spindle headwork with a hand wheel operating member. Maximum working pressures: DN50 - DN300: 25.0 bar. DN350 - 600: 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of screw-down stop valves with brass bodies, incorporating a non-rising spindle operated via a T shaped (all models excluding 513042) or hand wheel operating member (model 513042 only) and EPDM seats. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar.

'DURACON®M90-44 WK3068'. Black coloured, injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PCBIT III HIGHBUILD'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use, reference 'PCC/ PC 820' dated 27.11.2023. Cure for 5 minutes@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Preparation and Curing Conditions' instructions reference 'ZX-9-1', dated '2024/02/26'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
