Range of UV water treatment units with stainless steel bodies and quartz sleeves. Maximum operating pressure 8.6 bar. Cold water use only.
'M25, M90, M120 & M270'. Natural/un-pigmented (white coloured), injection moulded acetal materials. 'M25, M90, M120' are for use with water up to 23°C. 'M270' is for use with water up to 85°C. From November 2023, all grades are for use with water up to 85°C.
'PT3294 Ceramic Disc'. White coloured, compression moulded ceramic disc. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TOLOX 95'. White coloured ceramic shaft component, made by low pressure injection moulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'B96'. White coloured ceramic tube manufactured by isostatic pressing. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘E1H8691 ValveClad, E1H8868 ValveClad & E2H6531’. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings (manufactured in UK and France). Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated January 2023. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AMMT-029 Waterborne Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic modified resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Users 'version 2.00', updated '11/01/2021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
