‘Hempadur 35530 System’. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
