Single flush pneumatically operated drop valve with a rubber seating washer and ABS body. The valve is operated by a separate push button assembly.
Range of urinal flushing mechanisms with a solenoid valve controlling the flow. The valves are controlled via an infra-red sensor. The inlet incorporates a stainless steel strainer and flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Electronically controlled heat interface units (HIU) with twin stainless-steel plate heat exchangers providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The cold inlet supply to the plate heat exchanger incorporates an isolation valve and a water hammer arrestor. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
Copper heat transformer. Maximum working pressure 11.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of domestic hot water units incorporating instantaneous or semi-instantaneous plate heat exchanger assemblies. The product incorporates a motorised control valve, managed primary and secondary pumps (see model), and a drain valve on both circuits. Maximum working pressures: 10.0 bar primary, 9.5 bar secondary. Maximum operating temperatures: 110°C primary, 85°C secondary.
Range of outdoor air to water heat exchanger units incorporating a pump, drain valve and isolation valve. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C
Range of stainless-steel plate heat exchangers with EPDM gaskets. The primary circuit, (excluding the E2 prefix models), incorporates a drain valve and a pump (excluding STP prefix models including an ‘N’ as the 14th figure). Operating parameters: Maximum working pressure of the secondary circuit: 6.0 bar or 10.0 bar (see model). Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit: E4 models: 6.0 bar. C3, E3, E2, i2: 10.0 bar. Models added February 2023 – Econoplate STP3, STC3, STP2, STC2 & STP4: 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature: Primary 140°C & Secondary 85°C.
Range of under-sink, electrically heated vented water heaters (cased and insulated). Maximum operating temperature 98˚C
Range of wall hung, gas-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The supplies to both primary hot water and secondary are controlled via spherical valves. The boilers incorporate a filling loop assembly which incorporates a double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Primary circuit: Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 82°C. Secondary circuit: Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of gas fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The cold inlet incorporates an angled spherical valve with a brass body, chromium plated brass ball and a lever operating member. The primary circuit incorporates an expansion vessel, isolation valves on flow and return, drain valve and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit is 2.5 bar. Maximum working pressure of the secondary circuit is 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for the secondary circuit is 55˚C.
