Range of gate valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, non-rising spindles with handwheel operating member and a ductile iron wedge encapsulated in EPDM. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only. From Jan 2025 maximum operating temperature 50°C, for models marked "WRAS - 50 DEGREES" on adhesive label on bonnet.

Range of magnetic, electrolytic or combined magnetic & electrolytic scale inhibitors with nickel plated copper bodies, for use with copper pipe manufactured to BS EN 1057. Maximum working pressure 12.0 bar. Cold water use only.
'PT3294 Ceramic Disc'. White coloured, compression moulded ceramic disc. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EBYK' Georgios Peftitselis S.A. Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'MS1555A' dated 12-10-18. Cure for 14 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01 - Black'. Factory applied, black coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04'. Cure for 30 min at 50°C plus 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
