'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ForTii® WX11-FC NA99001 (Natural)'. Natural (appears cream coloured), injection moulded polyamide material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'VYDYNE AG7K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (35% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. From 1st April 2023 until 29th May 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From 30th May 2024 until 30th April 2028, the material is for use with water up to 70°C.
'AQUA Cable®'. Extruded, blue coloured cable with polyethylene sheath (water contact layer), available with between 1 and 5 metallic cores and a wall thickness of between 1.2mm & 5.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'ISORYL A 20 90 GF20 W BK'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PPO material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PG6-S09'. Beige coloured, injection moulded PP+GF30 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Teflon® FEP 100 X, 100-J, 106 X, CJ 95 X, CJ 99 X & 9302 X'. Un-pigmented (white coloured, compression moulded FEP material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Teflon® PTFE 640XT X, 807N X, NXT 70, NXT 75, 6CN X, 62 X, 62N X, 62XT X, 669N X, 669 X, NXT 85, 605XT X, 6C X, 7A X, 641XT X & 650XT X’. White coloured, extruded or compression moulded PTFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ESTANE® 58197 Nat 022'. In August 2023 'ESTANE® 58197 NAT 01' was added to the approval. Natural (transparent, colourless), injection moulded thermoplastic polyurethane materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
