Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-2-2023'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YT425'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'AYYT01' dated '2023.3.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polywarm'. Factory applied, brown coloured enamel powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '1024'. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Interpon HYF PLUS HJ701I'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'Ed.3 – October 2014' and stove/cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane LV in a weight ratio of 100:48, apply as per TDS dated March 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying cream coating. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Cream in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying blue or grey water contact coat. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TapTec™ 350 UPS Na & TapTec™ 400 UPS Na'. Amber coloured ion exchange resins. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials incorporate synthetic cellulose. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'Rotormagnet 12-0000294'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded Polyamide + Strontium Ferrite magnet. For use with water up to 60°C.
'VYDYNE AG7K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (35% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. From 1st April 2023 until 29th May 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From 30th May 2024 until 30th April 2028, the material is for use with water up to 70°C.
'VYDYNE AG10K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (50% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. For use with water up to 23°C. From January 2024, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'ForTii Ace WX51-FC BK00001, ForTii PA Xgea20 BK28049 & PA Xgea BK28049'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA 4T materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Fusamatic Electrofusion Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded, polyethylene Electrofusion Fittings (made in UK from Ineos Eltex TUB121 & Hostalen CRP 100 Resist CR Black). In December 2023, Electrofusion Fittings made in Anhui Province China from Borouge Borsafe HE3490-LS & Hostalen CRP 100 Resist CR black were added to the approval. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Fusamatic Electrofusion and Spigot Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded, polyethylene Electrofusion and Spigot Fittings (made from Ineos Eltex TUB121, Hostalen CRP 100 Resist CR Black & Borouge Borsafe HE3490-LS). For use with water up to 60°C.

'TIMO 4-80 ‘O’ rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM ‘O’ rings and washers. Shore hardness 80. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.67mm. The washers have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.71mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'0477 NBR 70' components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber ‘O’ rings, washers and lip seals. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius of 1.31mm, the washers 1.05mm and the lip seals 0.45mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Lavelle BUR165'. Red coloured, transfer moulded, silicone rubber gasket. Shore hardness 40A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
