Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 2 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 2 for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GY-PEX-b(60-95)'. White coloured (translucent), extruded PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Amodel DW-1140 BK 938 & Amodel DW-1150 BK 938'. Black coloured, injection moulded PPA materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Sylglas Plumber Fix Copper`. Site applied, copper coloured epoxy putty. The putty should be kneaded together, its supplied in a pre-measured 1:1 mass ratio and applied as per manufacturer's directions for use dated August 9th, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'E70C397'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.25mm and 5.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'VULCAN VEE4 Bellow & Boot'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM bellows and boot components. Shore hardness 70. The bellows has an in-radius size of 3.0mm and the boot has an in-radius size of 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
