‘Sonergy AW008’. White coloured, compression moulded ceramic material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FDP120 Dome Diffuser Ceramic Disc'. Grey coloured, compression moulded ceramic disc. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5005 & Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet version dated '29/08/17'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'S' epoxy powder coating. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'SNC-EP09V1 - date 2009/12/1'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 77:23 and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet dated '10/05/2019'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA 571 ES Blue 536'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyolefin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '08/2022'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Powercron® 451 A – CP 573 B ITT Lowara'. Factory applied, blue coloured cationic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'LT/I-21-090' dated 'Sep 9, 2021'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cementitious Coating 851 Grey'. Site applied, two part, grey coloured cementitious waterproof mortar which can be applied as a one-coat or two-coat system Mix liquid (Part A) and powder (Part B) in a weight ratio of 1:3.92 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Bulletin No.851 /031/012' dated July 2021. When using as a one-coat system cure for 21 days@7°C. When using as a two-coat system cure coat one for 1 hour@7°C and cure coat two for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lawton Soldering Flux'. Opaque, cream coloured soldering flux in the form of a paste. For use with water up to 70°C.
'Devi Flosto GRP (SMC) Hot Press Moulded Tank Panels' (manufactured from SMC 523/35). Grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panels with a thickness of between 3.0mm & 16.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Polycor LP Gel Coat reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE laminating resin’. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE laminating resin’ was added to the approval in July 2024. ‘Polycor LP Gel Coat’ is a brush or spray applied polyester resin gel coat, available in white or grey colours and is reinforced with Norsodyne H 13212 TAE or NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE glass fibre laminate. Apply the brush grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7100’ dated 10.10.17 and apply the spray grade as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet ‘7200’ also dated 10.10.17. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YD-PEX' hose. Natural (white coloured), extruded single layered PEX hose. In May 2024 ‘YD-PEX-BL’ hose was added to the approval. Black coloured, extruded, single layered PEX hose. Both are for use with water up to 85°C.
'Silicopaste 312500'. White coloured silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Grilamid LBKN-50H FWA natural, Grilamid LBKN-30H FWA natural, Grilamid LBKN-50H FWA black 9225 & Grilamid LBKN-30H FWA black 9225'. Natural (appears light grey) and black coloured, injection moulded nylon materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POLYPOL-1045'. Yellow coloured, contact moulded Isophthalic Unsaturated Polyester Resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
‘VP1620-WR & VP-2020-WR’. Single layer, cream coloured, extruded PEX-b tubes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Radius Systems Light Blue SC80 Pipe'. Extruded, dual layered pipe consisting of a black coloured PE80 inner layer and blue coloured PE80 outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
