`Suns-02`. Grey coloured, factory applied cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per user instructions 'doc: SUNS-U110320, version B` dated 2015-12. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Between 1st May 2021 and 30th March 2022, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 31st March 2022 and 31st May 2026, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 60°C
'BSS-P'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instruction's 'BSS-D0001' dated '2020-12-10'. Cure for 7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XH-S'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix sand, cement and water in a 1.5:1.0:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 3 hours@23-25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tianli 5070 Polyester Epoxy Powder Coating'. Blue coloured, factory applied polyester epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'V.131130' dated 2013-11-30. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1600 GRAY AG'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy powder paint. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref '20210201-1' dated 2021/2/1. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'High Build Solvent Free Epoxy Coating Red'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions reference 'SPL/RD/UI/202006119', issue no, '01' dated 20.08.2020. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
