Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions version 'YZRB-2015V1.0' dated '2015-06-01'. Between January 2021 and 9th December 2021, the materials were suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 10th December 2021 and 31st January 2026, the materials are suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
'JH'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Heat substrate to 220°C for 30 minutes, spray apply coating and then cure at 190°C for 20 minutes. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure and/or application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Electroline ES 1212-Black`. Factory applied, black coloured, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix parts A&B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
`3011 high chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating`. Factory applied, burgundy coloured polyethylene coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturers `IFU Version no. 03' dated June 18 2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'GP HBSL EPOXY'. Factory applied, brown coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's standard operating procedure document number 'GP/SOP/HBSL/001', version '01' dated 1st April 2019. Cure for 17 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Global Smart (INSUPIPE)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 30:55:15 ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours@45°C and then 28 days (672 hours) @35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Red' & 'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Grey' (grey was added to approval in August 2022). Factory applied, two-component, red or grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cured for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
