'181019 Epoxy Phenolic RAL 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy phenolic powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued '15.01.2023'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. 'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RTP 0199 X 155521 Natural'. Natural (appears beige coloured), injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Filtren TM 25190, TM 25133, TM 25280 & TM 25450'. Blue coloured polyurethane foam manufactured by foaming and reticulation. For use with water up to 23°C.
'7EP1197 Gasket'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. '7EP1197 'O'-rings' were added to the approval in March 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Membrane R219 34 9513 NBR 55 Sh'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber membrane. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Berner Green Paste'. Green coloured, polymer sealing paste. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet '46845(P)', dated 'December 2019'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'CURA Liquid (Part No. 19261)'. Blue coloured, liquid PTFE anaerobic sealant. For use with water up to 85°C. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
