'JSAW-JAL (Cement-JSL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SF4300'. Nitrile rubber/aramid fibre, calendered material which is white coloured on one side and green coloured on the other side. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Norsodyne H 13212 TAE Laminate' for use with 'Polycor White Gel Coat'. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE Laminate' was added to the approval in July 2024. The glass fibre panel is manufactured by hand lay method and then factory applied, unsaturated resin gel coat is applied by brush (BR) or spray (PA). The brush gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4100’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. The spray gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4200’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' (Black coloured) & 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' (appears beige). Injection moulded nylon materials. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' is for use with water up to 65°C. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' is for use with water up to 85°C.
'Retiflex PE-Xb'. Translucent, white coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. ‘RETIFLEX PEXb black’ was added to the approval in October 2024. Black coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. Both tubes are for use with water up to 85°C.
Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘559843, 55985 & 559865’ ‘O’ rings. Shore hardness between 60 & 80. Tested in-radius sizes between 1.31mm & 3.49mm. ‘55985 Gasket’. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. ‘559865 gasket’. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.50mm. When processing an application for a Product Approval incorporating these components, these are the only shapes of components that are covered by the scope of the approval’.
'F7104B`. Black coloured, natural rubber (Ebonite) material manufactured by press moulding. Shore hardness 75 shore D. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'006800.3 washer, 006802.6 washer & 006906.4 slab (made using 7741 compound)'. Red coloured, compression moulded VMQ components. Shore hardness 70. The '006800.3 washer’ has a tested in-radius size of 1.16mm. The ‘006802.6 washer’ has a tested in-radius size of 1.15mm. The ‘006906.4 slab' has a tested in-radius size of 1.17mm. For use with water up 85°C.
'TPE-GB6061G (grey coloured) & TPE-GB6061B (blue coloured)'. Injection moulded TPE materials with a shore hardness of 60. TPE-GB6061G has a tested in-radius size of 1.41mm. TPE-GB6061B has a tested in-radius size of 1.38mm. For use with water up to 75°C.
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (brass body - various finishes, see model). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The inlet hose incorporates an approved single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
