Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'NATCEM AC'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix 'NATCEM AC' and water in a weight ratio of 5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Issue 4', dated '16 September 2024'. Cure for 4 hours@0°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hansung M&S GRP Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UNISILKON TK 002/1000'. Clear lubricant, to be applied as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'MS Schramberg Sintered Barium Ferrite (10-1176001)'. Dark grey coloured Sintered Barium Ferrite ring component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'MS Schramberg Sintered Strontium Ferrite (10-1173001)'. Grey coloured Sintered Strontium Ferrite ring component. For use with water up to 85°C.
