‘SIKALASTIC-836 DW & SIKAFLOOR 150’. Factory applied, off-white coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. ‘SIKAFLOOR 150’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 74:26 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet version ‘8’, dated May 2022. ‘SIKALASTIC-836 DW’ is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet version ’03.0’, dated January 2021. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikafloor® P 649 and Sikalastic® M 649 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Sikafloor® P 649 primer as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_P_649_04_24’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Sikalastic® M 649 Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M_649_06_21/v3/01_24/v4/03_24’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikalastic® M689 AE (formerly known MasterSeal® M689AE)'. Factory applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied), polyurea coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_M689_06_20/v9/07_23/v10/01_24/v11/03_24'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SikaTop® 550 Seal’. Site applied, white coloured, two component Acrylic, Cementitious waterproofing coating. Mix 1kg of part A (powder) with 333g of part B (liquid) and apply as per manufacturer’s method statement ‘10/2024’. Cure for 28 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX White’) ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX Grey’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX Grey’. Site applied, two-component cementitious coating. Mix ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (Coat 1) with water in a mass ratio of 15:5.6. Apply and cure for 1 day@5°C before applying Coat 2. Mix ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX Grey’ (Coat 2) with water in a mass ratio of 15:5.6. Apply and cure for 5 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Sikalastic P 770’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal P 770’) Primer for use with ‘Sikalastic M 808’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal M 808 Grey’, and ‘MasterSeal M 808 Light Grey’) topcoats. Site applied coating system, which is light grey coloured (once mixed and applied), comprising of a primer and polyurethane coatings. Coat 1 primer: Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikalastic P 770’ Primer in a weight ratio of 2.2:2.8. Apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘22nd November 2024’. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Coat 2 (coating): Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikalastic M 808’, dark grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating in a weight ratio of 3.3:1.7. Apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘22nd November 2024’. Cure for 6 hours@7°C. Coat 3 (water contact coating): Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikalastic M 808’, light grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating in a weight ratio of 3.3:1.7. Apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘version No. 1’, dated ‘22nd November 2024’. Cure for 7 days@7°C. When applying the coating system to GRP there is no need to apply a primer. Mix, apply and cure ‘Sikalastic M 808’ dark grey and then mix, apply and cure ‘Sikalastic M 808’ light Grey (water contact layer) as detailed above. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Sikalastic 840 ES'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 16/05/2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Sika UAE L.L.C The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Sika UAE L.L.C and not the responsibility of WRAS.
‘Sikagard®-180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180_05_18/v9/02_22/v10/05_23/v11/01_24'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ comprising of ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ epoxy adhesive to be used in conjunction with ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’. ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ is a site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy adhesive consisting of Part A (white coloured) and Part B (black coloured). Part A and Part B are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1, applied and cured for 14 days@30°C. ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’ is a modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tape to be applied over the adhesive and is approved as the water contact layer. Apply as per ‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ System Product Data Sheet, ‘Edition: 24/10/2012, Identification no: 02 07 03 02 System, Version: GCC’. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
