Back To Directory SectionsRange of vertical cased and insulated direct and indirect unvented stainless steel hot water storage cylinders. Fitted with a Caleffi 309463 GLD temperature and pressure relief valve sat at 6 bar & 90°C, and supplied with an inlet control group consisting of in-line pressure reducing valve (Caleffi set at 3 bar) and pressure relief valve (Caleffi CWIC200055) set at 4.5 bar, and incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), expansion vessel and filling loop. Maximum working pressure 4.4 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
CAIO ranges of Indirect stainless steel insulated hot water storage cylinders with external expansion and copper pipework and fittings. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.
Air source heat pump with a temperature and pressure relief valve (7.0 Bar) factory fitted. Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
Range of domestic stainless steel or coated carbon steel indirect unvented hot water storage cylinders and buffer tanks, incorporating a stainless-steel coil for connection to a heat pump circuit. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve (7.0 Bar @90°C) and an immersion heater. Maximum working pressures: Water storage tanks (ECO-ZR200S and EG-200CAIO): 5.5 bar. Buffer tank (ECO-ZR60 and ECO-ZR60S): 7.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C. The ECO-ZR60 and ECO-ZR60S models are to be used in a primary circuit only.
