'Hurricane' range of Indirect and direct unvented storage cylinders consisting of factory fitted single or twin coil circuit with either a primary or solar coil. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). A tundish and expansion vessel are also provided. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures: Secondary circuit 3.0 bar, Primary Circuit 3.0 bar & Solar circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.

The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted temperature & pressure relief valve (Caleffi) set at 7 bar and 95˚C . The safety kit incorporates a pressure reducing valve (Caleffi) set at 3.5 bar, strainer, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2 and an expansion valve (Caleffi) set at 6 bar, expansion vessel (Reflex) and a tundish (Caleffi). The temperature of the hot water is controlled by a factory fitted manual control (set at 60˚C) and a high pressure switch positioned on the heat pump module (maximum temperature 65˚C) The cylinders are factory fitted with standard dual control immersion heater.Immersion heater incorporate control and manual resetting thermostats (maximum 89˚C). Maximum working pressure 5.5 Bar & maximum operating temperature 75°C. Maximum supply pressure to the pressure reducing valve is 12 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit 3.5 bar.

Range of cased and insulated stainless steel unvented water storage heaters. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted combined temperature and pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar and 90˚C. The product can be supplied with two possible safety kits (inlet control groups). One includes a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.5-6.0 bar, (but set at 3.0 bar), a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The other includes a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection, and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The product is also supplied with an expansion vessel and a tundish. The compression connection of each inlet control group is for use with the following pipes: Both for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). The inlet control group without an adjustable pressure reducing valve can also be used with PB pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and PEX pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Maximum supply pressure to inlet control group pressure reducing valve: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C. Cold supply only.
