Back To Directory SectionsDutypoint ‘VMV’ range of cold water supply booster sets, incorporating 2 to 8 pumps with a modular stainless steel manifold system. VMV2, VMV3 and VMV4 pump sets are available with DN80 to DN150 manifolds depending on application. VMV5, VMV6, VMV7 and VMV8 pump sets are available with DN150 to DN200 manifolds, depending on application. The product incorporates gate valves on the suction and discharge manifolds, and non-return valves, expansion vessels, isolation valves, a pressure gauge and transducers on the discharge manifold. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water supply only.
`Monsoon` range of universal single & twin, shower booster pumps with brass bodies, brass impellers and nitrile seals. Pumps incorporate an anti-surge device, flow switch and a pressure vessel. The outlets incorporate isolation valves, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection. Models 46414, 46498, 46413, 46505, 46411, and 46412: maximum working pressure 6.0 bar Model 46410: maximum working pressure 3.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of multistage centrifugal pumps with stainless steel bodies and impellers. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100ºC.
Range of multistage close coupled centrifugal pumps incorporating 304 or 316 stainless steel cased bodies and impellers. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of multi-stage pumps with stainless steel bodies (PVMX models) or black coated cast iron bodies (PVM models), stainless steel impellers, EPDM gaskets and seals. Maximum working pressure: Cast iron body round or oval flange: DN25-32 = 25.0 bar, DN40 = 16.0 bar. Stainless steel body round flange: DN40-50 = 16.0 bar (PVMX-10 (stages 1-16), PVMX-15 (stages 1-10), PVMX-20 (stages 1-10). DN25-50 = 25.0 bar (PVMX-1 (stages 2-36), PVMX-3 (stages 2-36), PVMX-5 (stages 2-36), PVMX-10 (stages 17-22), PVMX-15 (stages 12-17), PVMX-20 (stages 12-17). DN65 = 16.0 bar (PVMX-32 (stages (1-1)-7), 30.0 bar (PVMX-32 (stages (8-2)-14). Stainless steel body Victaulic connection: DN32 = 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Twin, shower booster pump with brass bodies, brass impellers and nitrile seals. Pumps incorporate an anti-surge device, flow switch and a pressure vessel. The outlets incorporate isolation valves, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection. maximum working pressure 3.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of IVS and DE Booster pumps and manifolds consisting of multistage centrifugal pumps, 25L expansion vessels, spherical valves and gauges. Some models incorporate approved non-return valves (not suitable for backflow protection). Others incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only
Range of multistage vetical water pumps with stainless steel bodies and impellers incorporating EPDM ‘o’ rings and seals. With various nominal flow rates depending on number of impellers and inlet connection size. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C
Range of booster sets consisting of two to four electronically controlled pumps which are connected in parallel and mounted on a common base provided with suction and discharge manifolds, spherical valves, expansion vessels and pressure gauge/transducers and non return valves. Cold water use only. Maximum working pressure 10 bar where the MTPA vessel is installed. 16 bar where the MTMB vessel is used.
Range of booster sets incorporating pumps, expansion vessels, Isolation valves and non-return valves (not suitable for backflow protection). Maximum working pressures: SI boost 16.0 bar, CO R 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
