'ECO-Coat FBE Black Powder PFC/5010'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'Doc/PFC/710', revision 1, for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of @220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTECSOB BEC3'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference '28712'. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Monolevel 844SP'. Site applied, grey coloured, polymer modified cementitious mortar. Mix mortar with water in a weight ratio of 5:0.6. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Bulletin No. ML844SP/031/010' issued July 2020. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'EW Gasket Material'. Black coloured EPDM gasket material which is injection moulded and then spliced (made in Poland). In June 2025, black coloured, compression moulded material (made in China) was added to the approval. Shore hardness 65A. Between November 2022 and February 2023, the in-radius size was 3.9mm. Between March 2023 and November 2029, the in-radius size is 4.4mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘VF75GRN seals & ‘O’ rings’. Green coloured, injection moulded fluoroelastomer `O` rings & seals. Shore hardness 75. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 5.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
