The FIG 776 models are supplied with an isolation valve, comprising of a brass body with a plastic plunger, spring, NBR ‘O’-ring and PTFE seal. The plunger is pushed open when the air venting valve is attached and the spring closes it when the air venting valve is removed. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 110°C.
Range of exposed or concealed non concussive shower valves, incorporating a brass body with chrome plating on the exposed version or a chrome plated cover pate on the concealed option. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves with DZR brushed chrome brass bodies and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. Models TM200VP-3/4ZC and TM200VP-3/4ZD incorporate isolation valves and stainless steel strainers on the inlets. All models incorporate check valve cartridges, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60ºC.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies (various trims & finishes), supplied with shower hose and handset. The flow is controlled via a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed thermostatic blending valves incorporating brass bodies and various head works. GR-AZ-50 model x1 ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow. GR-AZ-51 model x1 manual diverter controlling the flow. GR-AZ-52 model x2 ¼ turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow. GR-AZ-53 model x1 ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow and x1 manual diverter only. All models have an independent thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature with a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
