Domestic hot water heat recovery unit incorporating a stainless steel plate heat exchanger. The product is supplied with 15mm x 15mm compression 90° elbows for installation on the inlet and outlet. Maximum operating pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C
‘POD’ range of indirect and direct heat interface units providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The heat transfer is generated via plate heat exchangers. The domestic hot water (DHW) circuit incorporates an adjustable temperature mixing valve. The indirect models incorporate an expansion vessel (on the CW inlet of the DHW circuit) and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar (on the space heating circuit). The indirect models only are supplied with a temporary filling loop, which comprises of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and a lever operated spherical valve for connection to the primary circuit. The angled cold water inlet incorporates an isolation valve and a branch to connect to the filling loop, which includes a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure for indirect units: Primary circuit: 16.0 bar. Space heating: 2.5 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressure for direct units: Primary circuit: 10.0 bar. Space heating: 10.0 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for domestic hot water 65°C. Maximum operating temperature for central heating and primary circuit 85°C.
Range of electric instantaneous heated showers, incorporating a solenoid valve to control the flow. Products are supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum supply pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 45°C.
Range of water meters (blue epoxy coated, cast iron bodies). Maximum working pressure 20 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 30°C
Octave range of water meters with blue epoxy coated cast iron or plastic bodies (see models). Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 50.0°C
