‘RTU AL 5023, RTU AL 5002A, RTU AL 5054, AL 8050, AL 8783 & AL 8062-1’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions version ‘11-2021’. Cure for 7 minutes@857°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Deep Seal'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurethane coating. Mix, apply and cure (full cure of 7 days@30°C) as per manufacturer's instructions ref. 'DI/PU/2022/072', dated 25/04/2022. For use with water up to 35°C.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Resichem 507 DWPU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv4.09062022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4324'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Crystic 274E`. Olive coloured, contact moulded, GRP unsaturated polyester material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Polylite 444-M888'. Amber coloured, unsaturated polyester resin material manufactured by liquid casting. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Poseidon Cable' (3 x 1.5mm, 4 x 1.5mm, 3 x 1.0mm & 4 x 1mm). Blue coloured (external water contact layer), extruded, XLPE electrical cable. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Pexylene 45939 Black'. Black coloured polyethylene material manufactured by rotomoulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
'LL 8460.29'. Natural (appears white and opaque) LLDPE material manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 85°C.

‘GF PVCU fittings manufactured from HS1013, IR348 & HS1014’. From September 2023 onwards, the fittings may also be made using 'IR 349'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PVC-U fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'V7500BK'. Black coloured, Fluororubber material manufactured by mould pressing. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.04mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
