Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’. Site applied, two-part epoxy coatings. ‘Tankguard DW White’ may be used as a one-coat or two-coat system. ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ may be used as a one-coat or two-coat system. ‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ may be used as a two-coat system, with either White or Grey as the water-contact coat. ‘Tankguard DW White’ & ‘Tankguard DW Grey’ each comprise of two parts (A & B) which are to be mixed in a volume ratio of 2:1 before applying as per manufacturer's Application Guide issued '17 October 2022'.
