Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies and trim sets (various finishes - see models). Flow is controlled as follows (for operating members - see model): Single outlet models: ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork. Double Outlet Models without diverter: ¼ turn ceramic disc headworks. Double Outlet Models with diverter: 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork. Triple Outlet Models with diverter: ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork and a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with various operating members (see model) which incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Specific models are supplied with a shower hose and handset (see models). Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Wall mounted bar type thermostatic mixing valve (chromium plated brass) incorporating a ¼ turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow with a dome type operating member and a secondary ceramic disc headwork diverting the flow between the overhead shower and hand shower with a single lever operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic mixing cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate single check valve cartridges, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a fixed overhead shower, shower handset and hose. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of lug type butterfly valves incorporating blue epoxy coated cast iron bodies, stainless steel discs, EPDM seats and lever type operating member. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Ceramic disc diverter cartridge incorporating a plastic body for use in specifically dimensioned bodies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.
Range of adjustable pressure reducing valves incorporating a plastic body and EPDM ‘O’-rings and stainless steel strainers. Outlet pressure 1.2 - 8.0 bar. Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Manually adjustable pressure reducing valve, which incorporates a DZR brass body and an in-line double check valve assembly on the inlet (verified by test as suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). The outlet incorporates a shut-off valve. Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum outlet pressure between 1.5 bar and 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 40°C.
