'Kubotaseal BM'. Factory applied, black coloured asphaltic bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS reference `11004T-1.4' dated Feb, 20, 2020. Cure 6 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Interline 925P Off White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'H-451PW'. Factory applied epoxy resin coatings available in black, blue, grey & red colours. Mix and apply as per technical data sheet dated '12/12/2018'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Nitocote EPSW (E)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy polysulphide coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 85:15. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote® 46-60 Red Brown'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 19/11/2019. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'SC4'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating, intended for use with `O` rings, seals & gaskets. Apply as `Superior Group Quality Management System Procedure Reference 8.6’ referenced in document `LDAP-008 issue 1` released 01/05/2020. For use with water up to 85°C
'SYI-03'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. ‘Intercrete 4820’. Site applied, grey coloured waterproof mortar. Mix Intercrete 4820 & water in a mass ratio of 8.33:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925P Light Grey'. Site applied applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (grey coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). 'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. The primer (Ceilcote 680M) comprises of Part A (uncoloured liquid) and Part B (uncoloured liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 days@30°C. The top-coat (Interline 925 White) comprises of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (white coloured, opaque paste). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.99:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MES Precast Tank Concrete Mix'. Factory made, grey coloured concrete & additive. Mix ingredients in the following percentages: Cement 19.10 %, Water 7.56 %, Coarse Aggregate 38.76 %, Fine Aggregate 34.46 %, Plastiment 186 0.03 % & ViscoCrete 0.12 %. Cure for 7 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SF2800 & SF2400'. Green coloured, nitrile rubber/aramid material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
‘Crystic 3846 BE (transparent, brown coloured) & Crystic 491 EPA (ME)’ Transparent, brown coloured and translucent, pale yellow coloured, contact moulded GRP materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
