‘PAM-MORTAR.D2'. Grey coloured (once mixed), factory applied Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar and admixture. Mix cement, sand, water & admixture in a mass ratio of 1:1.25:0.38:0.0008. Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet dated 18/03/2021 (3rd revision) and cure for 48 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SF4300'. Nitrile rubber/aramid fibre, calendered material which is white coloured on one side and green coloured on the other side. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Norsodyne H 13212 TAE Laminate' for use with 'Polycor White Gel Coat'. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE Laminate' was added to the approval in July 2024. The glass fibre panel is manufactured by hand lay method and then factory applied, unsaturated resin gel coat is applied by brush (BR) or spray (PA). The brush gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4100’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. The spray gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4200’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aropol M 105 TA WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Aropol M 105 TA’) & ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH'): Translucent straw coloured (glossy one side textured the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (brush applied), sheet material. ‘Aropol M 105 TAXR’ & ‘Enguard GE WHI S WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE WHI S’): White coloured (glossy) on one side, translucent straw coloured (textured on the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (spray applied), sheet material. Apply as per Ineos Composites method statement ‘Preparation of laminated products for freshwater applications (WRAS)’, ‘code R071, edition 2’ dated 19.1.22. Cure for 9 hours at 23°C with 2% of MEKP-50 catalyst, post-cure for 24 hours@50°C and wash part thoroughly in water before use. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' (Black coloured) & 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' (appears beige). Injection moulded nylon materials. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' is for use with water up to 65°C. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' is for use with water up to 85°C.
'ForTii® WX11-FC BK00001, ForTii® PA Xgea21 BK28048 & PA Xgea21 BK28048'. 'ForTii® WX12-FC BK00001' was added to the approval in August 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded Polyamide materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Retiflex PE-Xb'. Translucent, white coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. ‘RETIFLEX PEXb black’ was added to the approval in October 2024. Black coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. Both tubes are for use with water up to 85°C.
