Range of commercial conveyor type dishwashers with the flow controlled by a solenoid valve and discharged via three type AB air gaps (pre-wash, rinse and wash) (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 5). The products are supplied with a brass bodied ‘Y’-pattern strainer, brass adaptors ¾”x¾” (M)x(M) and (F)x(F) and dual layer PVC inlet hoes(s) (grey outer/black inner) and EPDM washers. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge assembly however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. ‘Hostaform® C9021 ECO-B NATURAL, C9021, M15HP, C2521, C13021, C13031, C27021 ECO-B NATURAL, C27021, C52021 & M90JG’. Injection moulded, natural (which appear to be white) acetal materials available in the following colours: Black 14 DW (formerly known as Black 14), White 22, Grey 33, Grey 36, Grey 39, Red 46, Red 47, Yellow 56, Brown 65, Green 76, Blue 87, RAL 2010, RAL 4008 & RAL 5005. Customer specific colours may also be provided with a nomenclature following the structure ‘xx/yyyy DW’ where ‘yyyy’ denotes the specific colour shade, ‘DW’ denotes ‘Drinking Water’ & ‘xx’ denotes 10 – black, 20 - white (incl. Cream, 30 – grey, 40 – red (incl. Pink), 50 – yellow, 60 – brown (incl. Beige), 70 – Green & 80 – blue. For use with water up to 65°C.
'RS-0004'. White coloured, compression moulded seal ring manufactured from 'ADR 96' ceramic material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'HPL 2510 PW'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 2.78:1. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied coating system, black coloured, consisting of two component primer and three component polyurethane top coat. Mix primer in a ratio 2:1 by weight (component A:B), apply and cure for 2 hours at 23°C, then mix topcoat in a ratio 100:5.6:2.4 by weight (component A:B:C) before applying and curing for 20 seconds at 23°C. This approval covers the following manufacturing sites: France and China. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Krystaline 1'. Grey coloured, site applied cement based coating, intended to be used to waterproof concrete. Mix coating with water in a volume ratio of 5:2. Apply to pre-wetted cement and allow to cure for 1 hour@5°C. Pre-wet the cement before applying a second coat and then dry cure for 2 hours@5°C before wet curing for 48 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Crystal Concentrado'. Grey coloured, site applied cement based coating, intended to be used to waterproof concrete. Mix coating with water in a volume ratio of 5:2. Apply to pre-wetted cement and allow to cure for 1 hour@5°C. Pre-wet the cement before applying a second coat and then dry cure for 2 hours@5°C before wet curing for 48 hours@5°C. ‘Revolve N-840 (HD3850) & Revolve M-750 DR Black’. Revolve N-840 (HD3850) is a white coloured polyethylene material & Revolve M-750 DR Black is a black coloured polyethylene material. Both are manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 85°C. Please note that ‘Revolve N-840 (HD3850)’ was formerly known as ‘Revolve N-840 (6850)’.
'Aquaterra Faser Composite Stabil Pipe PP-R (SDR 6 & SDR 7.4)'. Extruded, multi-layered PP-R pipes comprising of a green coloured inner layer, red coloured middle layer and green coloured outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
