This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Abcite® 1060 DW Blue & Abcite® X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C and apply as per manufacturer’s Application Guide ‘Version 04.05.2015’ (Abcite® 1060 DW Blue) or Technical Data Sheet ‘11/2023’ (Abcite® X60 DW Blue). Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MC-PROOF 4200 AE'. Site applied, cream coloured (once mixed), two-component urethane based coating. Mix Part A (amber liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 07.10.2025. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MC-PROOF 4210 AE'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component polyol and prepolymer based coating. Mix Part A (grey liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '07.10.2025'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
