Range of packaged plate heat exchangers comprising of stainless steel plates with EPDM gaskets. The products are supplied with twin primary circulation pumps, a secondary circulation pump, 3 port control valve and a control panel with full Mod BUS BMS connectivity. Maximum working pressure - Primary and Secondary circuits 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wall mounted, gas-fired condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating system incorporating an expansion vessel, pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar and flow regulators. The inlets to both domestic hot water and primary circuits are controlled via screwdriver operated angled spherical valve. The primary circuit can be filled via a built in CAB device, that has been verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Primary circuit: Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C. Secondary circuit: Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of electromagnetic water meters with blue epoxy coated aluminium bodies and a natural rubber liner. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Range of (below ground) water meter manifolds (gunmetal bodies), meter carriers (DZR brass bodies) and stopcock carriers (gunmetal bodies). All meter carriers incorporate a non-return valve. All manifold ports and the stopcock carriers incorporate a non-rising spindle stopcock with a T shaped operating member. Maximum working pressure: 16.0°C Cold water use only.
Range of ancillary connections with brass bodies (various finishes). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
