Range of screw down stop valves with (green) plastic bodies and non-rising spindle headworks with a handwheel operating member. For use with PPR pipes (manufactured to ISO 15874-2) by fusion welding. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of balancing valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies incorporating blue epoxy coated ductile iron (DN50~DN150) or stainless steel discs (DN200~DN300), EPDM gaskets and ‘O’-rings, handwheel operating member and a measuring port at each flanged end. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of inline magnetic or electrolytic scale inhibitors with copper or bodies, for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Electrolytic models have a maximum operating temperature of 40°C. Magnetic models are cold water use only.
'Dicoat Medium Temp Black'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen coating. Apply at a Relative Humidity of below 60% as per manufacturer's user instructions reference 'SPL/RD/UI/2019100121', issue no. '01' dated 08.07.2020. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the RH & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the RH and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC 1003 Green'. Factory applied, green coloured Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued '25 May 2022'. Cure for 110 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Coating F8'. Factory applied, grey coloured DLC coating. Apply as per Work Instructions dated 4. Feb 2026. No cure required. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1 Vitrecoat'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'IF1947T'. Factory applied, red coloured Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Doc. No. SPPR/L3/WI/PRD/28.' Cure for 45 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eco Coat FBE Red RAL 3013' (red coloured) & 'Eco Coat FBE Blue RAL 5017' (blue coloured). Factory applied Epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Doc. No.:SPPR/L3/WI/PRD/28A'. Cure for 45 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Huili-GRP Water Tank Panel (HL003)'. Off-white coloured, hot press moulded GRP tank panel. For use with water up to 65°C.
'YT-001'. Single layer, extruded, natural (appears white) PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SAUDI HEPCO PE-100 HDPE PIPES'. Black coloured (with blue external stripe), extruded PE-100 pipes. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Fengfeng Series HDPE Fittings'. Black coloured, injection moulded HDPE fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Jingyu PE100 pipe'. Black coloured (with blue stripe), extruded PE100 pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
