'BC 245 MO Polypropylene Cover'. White coloured, injection moulded, circular polypropylene cover component. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘RTP 199 X 146499 S-202865 White’. White coloured (opaque), injection moulded PP material. For use with water up to 50°C.
‘GF PVCU fittings manufactured from HS1013, IR348 & HS1014’. From September 2023 onwards, the fittings may also be made using 'IR 349'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PVC-U fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘Chemfix PESF TOP’. Site applied, grey coloured chemical anchor resin which is supplied in a pre-mixed cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Chemfix Polyester Styrene Free', rev. 1 dated 03/02/2022. Cure for 4 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V7500BK'. Black coloured, Fluororubber material manufactured by mould pressing. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.04mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'4270' components. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber components with a shore hardness of 70. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm), washers (in-radius 1.05mm) & membranes (in-radius 1.75mm) made in Italy. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm) & washers (in-radius 1.05mm) made in China. In May 2024 ‘shaped seals’ (in-radius of 1.8mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. In November 2024, lip seals (in-radius of 0.7mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E2514'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber. Shore hardness 67. Tested in-radius size 1.03mm. For use with water up to 60°C,
'XR0240012'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 40. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM 69064340'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM sheet material. Shore hardness 57. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Seat Seal S1 & S2'. Black coloured (S2) or white coloured (S1), injection moulded silicone rubber components. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.65mm & 1.54mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Silopren LSR 2630, 2640, 2650, 2660 & 2670'. Natural (appears clear), compression moulded silicone rubber sheet materials. Shore hardness between 30 & 70. Tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'XFGJ-2022'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'X20220228F' dated '2022-2-28'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPS-2022'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'S20220601' dated '2022-6-1'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of floor standing, single hole, single outlet (fixed) combination tap assemblies with brass bodies (various finishes), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member and a lockable diverter to shower outlet. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The product is supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically operated tap assemblies (Chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The products are supplied with a tee piece for installation prior to the solenoid valve. The inlets of the tee piece incorporate a combined NBR gasket and stainless steel filter and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The products are also supplied with stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible (connecting) hose assemblies and angled spherical valves incorporating a stainless steel strainer for installation on each inlet. Temperature is controlled by adjusting the opening of each angled spherical valve. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
