‘2KPS EX3 Light Pink' & ‘2KPS EX3 Grey'. Site applied, two-part (resin & hardener is automatically mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio through dispensing nozzle) anchor resins. Apply and cure as per ’T Load’ cures set out in Table B4 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 16/0884’, dated ‘22/04/2025’. For use with water up to 65°C. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified in ’T Load’ cures set out in set out in Table B3 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 16/0884’ then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water.
‘JCP PURE EPOXY RESIN JF375E'. Site applied, two-part (resin & hardener is automatically mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio through dispensing nozzle) anchor resins, available in light pink or grey colours. Apply and cure as per ’T Load’ cures set out in Table B3 of European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 17/0011’, dated ‘30/01/2023’. For use with water up to 65°C. 'EPDM 70.54-02 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.0mm. 'EPDM 70.54-02 Gasket Seal Rings’ were added to the approval in June 2024. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Flexrubber EW70 gaskets'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber gaskets. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 1.53mm & 4.01mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SML-EP012EB'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval the in-radius tolerance rule cannot be applied, i.e. only the material with an in-radius of 1.0mm is covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPDM SP-002 SEALING'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'AP-EPDM 50A, AP-EPDM 60A, AP-EPDM 70A & AP-EPDM 80A'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50A & 80A. Tested in-radius size between 1.15mm & 1.21mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EP 70110 HC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.56mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Cura External Leak Sealer (Part No: 27813)'. Clear silicone sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version 1', dated '16/07/2025'. Cure for 96 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WEICONLOCK AN 301-72 (white coloured) & WEICONLOCK AN 301-48 (green coloured)'. Anaerobic adhesives to be applied cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
