Wall mounted thermostatic shower valves (Chrome plated) brass body. Incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow to the shower handset using a cubed type operating member. The temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge with a cube type operating member incorporating a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers, screwdriver operated spherical valves and approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product includes, a riser rail, shower hose and handset. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
In-line adjustable pressure reducing valve assembly with a DZR brass body. The assembly also incorporates a stainless strainer (part of the pressure reducing valve), a spherical valve with a brass ball on the inlet, a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) on the outlet, and a drain port with a brass plug. The product also includes a port with a plastic plug to accommodate a gauge/sensor (not supplied). Adjustable outlet pressure range between 1.0 and 6.0 bar. Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.

The inlets incorporate a stainless strainer. Reliance 315i Commercial Pressure Reducing Valves: Maximum supply pressure 21.0-25.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 2.5 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. Maximum supply pressure 16.0-20.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 2.0 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. Maximum supply pressure 11.0-15.0 bar - outlet adjustment range: 1.5 bar min. outlet pressure, 6.0 bar maximum outlet pressure. During January 2022 these products were for cold water use only. ‘Easiset 320 series’ adjustable (in-line) pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies. Compression and pushfit models are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057:2006+A1:2010). From March 2022 the pushfit models can also be used with PB pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and PEX pipe (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Maximum inlet supply pressure: 16.0 bar all models with copper pipe. From March 2022: SBPRED320001 & SBPRED320005 models: 12.0 bar with PEX & PB pipe. SBPRED320050 & SBPRED320055 models: 6.0 bar with PEX & PB pipe. Maximum outlet pressure 1.5 bar to 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature: COLD WATER EASISET 320 SERIES: 45°C with copper pipe, and from March 2022: cold water use only with PEX & PB pipe. HOT WATER EASISET 320 SERIES: 80°C with copper pipe, and from March 2022: 80°C with PEX & PB pipe.
