A safety kit (manifold) consisting of a single check valve assembly, verified by test (suitable for backflow prevention against fluid category 2), strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 8.0 bar and a pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and a tundish is also provided. Range of indirect unvented indoor heat pump storage cylinders which consist of a heat pump which sits on top of the tank and heats the hot water via refrigeration pipes which then heats the cylinder by being externally mounted around the cylinder. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar @ 90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). Range of wall mounted, exposed, thermostatic shower mixing valves (chromium plated brass). The products incorporate a ¼ turn ceramic disc or a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork (see model). Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a manual override button. The products have cube (81B, 81C, 90B and 90C suffix models) dome type (all other models) operating members. Models (GR-LY-13BK2 & GR-LY-13BK4) incorporate single lever operating members. Each inlet incorporates a combined EPDM washer and stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
