‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX White’) ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX Grey’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX Grey’. Site applied, two-component cementitious coating. Mix ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (Coat 1) with water in a mass ratio of 15:5.6. Apply and cure for 1 day@5°C before applying Coat 2. Mix ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX Grey’ (Coat 2) with water in a mass ratio of 15:5.6. Apply and cure for 5 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquakote Grey for use with Aquakote Blue'. Site applied, blue coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating. 'Aquakote Grey’ is the base coat and comprises of Parts A (grey liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C before applying top-coat. 'Aquakote Blue’ is the top-coat and comprises of Parts A (blue liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Please note that 'Aquakote Grey & Aquakote Blue' are to be used in conjunction with each other. the approval does not cover 'Aquakote Grey and/or Aquakote Blue' when applied as a single coat.
'Tesnit BA-60'. Orange coloured aramid fibre/NBR gasket material. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
`Novapress 260`. Green coloured, compressed fibre material (bound with NBR), manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Indion Fine Mesh Na'. Beige coloured Ion Exchange Resin. For use with water up to 23°C.
`Ruby Veg Soft Soap/EasyJoint Uni`. Translucent, amber coloured, soya oil lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's technical datasheet 'revision 2' dated '22/09/21'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Super Lube'. Colourless (transparent) lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'LATAMID 66 H2 G/30 BLACK F:3352'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'CELANYL A2 WR GF30 NC 1102/2A & CELANYL A2 WR GF30 NC 1102/2B'. Off-white, injection moulded nylon materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ultramid A3EG7 FC Aqua Uncoloured'. Natural (appears beige), injection moulded, PA66 polyamide material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'POLYPOL-1052'. Pale yellow/beige coloured, isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Avaspire AV-621 NT'. Natural (appears beige, opaque), injection moulded PEEK material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'VICTREX' injection moulded PEEK thermoplastic materials. For use with water up to 85°C. VICTREX PEEK 450GL30, 450G, 450FE20 (natural – appears beige coloured), 450FC30, 450CA30 & 90GL30BLK-EU (black coloured). VICTREX FG™100, FG™120, FG™200, FG™220, FG™300 & FG™ 325 (natural – appears beige coloured). VICTREX FG™101, FG™121, FG™140, FG™201, FG™221, FG™240, FG™301 & FG™320 (black coloured).
