Pre-heat part/item to be coated to 340°C, dip into a fluidized bed containing the coating and then allow to cool at room temperature. No cure required For use with water up to 23°C. 'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours@45°C and then 28 days (672 hours) @35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Protecfull SFP 108'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured polyurethane coating. Mix part A & part B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference '016. Ed.01.21' dated August 24, 2021. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FIBER TECH 80, Low VOC fiberglass resin'. Factory applied, brown coloured polyester resin & fibreglass. Apply as per manufacturer's method statement reference 'PP-GRP-092021-R1' dated '21 Sept. 2020'. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PMSP5072-M'. Factory applied, blue coloured vitreous enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'PEM 37 edition 01' dated '14/12/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'Intercrete 4800'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Intercrete 4800 and water in a mass ratio of 7.58:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Chemfix 10'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '12/11/2020'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
