EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies with either nylon or stainless-steel braiding and a variety of end connectors. Some models are supplied with screwdriver operated isolation valves. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. WFLX15P, FLX43P) are a prepacked variant of the original product eg. WFLX15, FLX43. Products shown with a “SB” suffix (eg. FLX15P-SB, WFLX28-SB) are a reduced box quantity of an existing product. Maximum working pressure and operating temperature: 12.0 bar @ 20°C and 6.0 bar @ 65°C.
Range of stainless steel flexible connectors, incorporating carbon steel flanged connections (zinc plated) and corrugated stainless steel bellow. Maximum working pressures:16.0 bar (JP23VS NP16 models) or 25.0 bar (JP23VS NP25 models). Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Wall mounted, manually operated, concealed blending valves with cast brass bodies with chromium plated faceplates, incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member controlling both flow and temperature. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted, bar-type thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies (chromium plated), incorporating a quarter ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow with a dome type operating member. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge using a dome type operating member which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
