Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per Nav Durga Chromatics Private Limited data sheet 'NCE/200', issue date '15.01.2014'. Cure for 7 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZHR‐SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2025.8.27'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Ecocoat FBE Green Powder PFC/6018 (RAL 6018)& Ecocoat FBE Red Oxide Powder PFC/3000-Red Oxide'. Factory applied, green or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet revised ‘1st Jan, 2024’. Cure for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of 230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Eurokote® 48-20 Brun Rouge’. Factory applied, red coloured, two-part epoxy coating. ‘Eurokote® 48-20 Ivoirine’ was added to the approval in March 2026. Factory applied, white coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 2.13:1 mass ratio and apply as manufacturer's TDS dated '10/12/2024'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Epilux 610 T Primer for use with Epilux 155 SF Topcoat'. Factory applied, white coloured (once applied) two-part epoxy coating. The topcoat can also be used alone, without the primer. 'Epilux 610 T Primer’ comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio and then applied as per manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 16 hours@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. 'Epilux 155 SF Topcoat' comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 4:1 volume ratio and then applied as manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 7 days@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the RH, mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the RH, mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Silicone Grease WA'. white coloured (translucent) silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Proofex HDPE B125'. White coloured, extruded HDPE waterproofing membrane. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Netbor HDPE Pipe'. Black coloured (with blue stripe), extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
