'Buffalo PUR500'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '14/08/2018'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Novipro Kemisk Fixering’. Site applied, two part, grey coloured anchor resin. The resin consists of Part A (shiny white liquid) & Part B (shiny black liquid). Mix, apply and cure (Base Material Temperature/T Load) as per manufacturer’s European Technical Assessment ‘ETA 23/0730’, dated ‘18/09/2023’. For use with water up to 60°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water.
'EP90/4 BLK Seals and 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM seals and 'O' rings. Shore hardness 90. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 1.7mm. The 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'NPEPDM-80'. Shore hardness 80. 'NPEPDM-50' was added to the approval in December 2023. Shore hardness 50. Black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM materials. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'334701 - EPDM peroxide 70'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ganga 50, 60, 70, 80 & 90'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a shore hardness of between 50 & 90 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'WRWNR75D'. Black coloured, natural rubber material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 75 Shore D. Tested in-radius size 0.6mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TamAcryl 2000 Orange or Blue with corrosion inhibitor', orange coloured or blue coloured (once mixed), site applied acrylic grouts. Mix Part A (orange or blue) with 2% accelerator and then mix with Part B (colourless) in a 1:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK20 – 2020.10.22'. Cure for 12 hours at 16°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
'TamPur 150'. Site applied, Hydrophilic polyurethane foam which is an amber coloured liquid when unreacted and a pale yellow coloured, flexible foam material when cured. Mix TamPur 150 with water in a volumetric ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK19 – 2019.4.25'. Cure for 24 hours at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints.
