`MECH WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions '24136' dated 2025/1/26. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Carboguard AQP FC Part A and Part B'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '8163', dated 'March 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 24 hours at 20°C and Coat 2 for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPS GRP Pipe'. Multi-layered, beige coloured GRP pipe, made by Continuous Filament Winding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SANIBIW WB60 & SANIBIW WB80'. 'SANIBIW WB70’ was added to the approval in February 2026. Off-white coloured, transparent, extruded silicone rubber hoses. Shore hardness between 60 & 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SL7065/SL7015'. Extruded, triple layered hose comprising of a translucent, silicone inner layer, white coloured polyester middle layer and translucent, silicone outer layer. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size of complete hose is 1.8mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Rauaqua Varioflex Plus'. Multi-layered layered, extruded hose comprising of a white coloured, ethylene based plastomeric inner layer, white (transparent) coloured LDPE second layer, natural (appears white coloured, translucent) polyester third layer and blue coloured LDPE outer layer. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Grilon AG-30 FWA Black'. Black coloured, injection moulded, PA66-GF30 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RPL-104'. Off-white coloured, unsaturated polyester resin material, manufactured by hand lay up process. Between March 2025 and March 2026, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between April 2026 and March 2030, the material is for use with water up to 50°C.
'S-Lon HDPE Pipe'. Blue coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'PE002'. Blue coloured, HDPE fitting manufactured by mould pressing. For use with water up to 60°C.
'R579 TP13582 BLACK & R579 TP14619 BLACK'. Black coloured, rotomoulded PE materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘SABIC P6006AD’. Black coloured, compression moulded HDPE material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'KESHUN PPR Pipe'. Multi-layered, extruded PPR pipe comprising of a natural (appears off-white) inner layer, yellow coloured middle layer and green coloured (with red stripes) outer layer. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Hostalen PP H2222 36'. Grey coloured, compression moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Cosmoplast D3 UPVC Pressure Pipe'. Grey coloured, extruded UPVC pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘E4028WCC, E4510WCC, E5076WCC, E5522WCC, E6020WCC, E6020, E6541WCC, E7091WCC, E7091, E7528WCC, E8027WCC, E8506WCC & E9011WCC ‘O’ rings’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM ‘O’ rings. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.5mm. ‘E4028WCC Gaskets’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM gaskets. Shore hardness 40. Tested in-radius size 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'51M7568'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 75 ShA. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'NBR 70 M066'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 3.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'NE7130-XT'. White coloured (translucent), injection moulded Silicone rubber. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
