When processing an application for a Product Approval incorporating these components, these are the only shapes of components that are covered by the scope of the approval’.
'Sunaflex T 8157'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EP50, EP55, EP60, EP65, EP70, EP75 & EP80'. Black coloured, transfer moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'006800.3 washer, 006802.6 washer & 006906.4 slab (made using 7741 compound)'. Red coloured, compression moulded VMQ components. Shore hardness 70. The '006800.3 washer’ has a tested in-radius size of 1.16mm. The ‘006802.6 washer’ has a tested in-radius size of 1.15mm. The ‘006906.4 slab' has a tested in-radius size of 1.17mm. For use with water up 85°C.
'TPE-GB6061G (grey coloured) & TPE-GB6061B (blue coloured)'. Injection moulded TPE materials with a shore hardness of 60. TPE-GB6061G has a tested in-radius size of 1.41mm. TPE-GB6061B has a tested in-radius size of 1.38mm. For use with water up to 75°C.
