The product incorporates a pressure reducing valve (adjustable outlet pressure between 2.25 and 2.75 bar) on the supply to the carbonator unit. The carbonator inlet incorporates a non-return valve. The product is supplied with a filter cartridge. The inlet to the command centre incorporates two approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum inlet supply pressure 5.0 bar. Cold water use only.

This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PRIMER NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A’ Primer for use with ' HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 ' top-coat. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) primer and finish-coat. Mix base:hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Then apply top-coat as per manufacturer’s TDS February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190'. Factory applied, blue coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. Between April 2024 and July 2024, the paint is for use with water up to 50°C. From August 2024 the paint is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM - CZL8579'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated July 2018. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘Drinkflex Aquarius 3G1, 3G1,5, 3G2,5, 3G4, 4G1, 4G1,5, 4G2,5, 4G4 & 4G6’ range of polyolefine cables. The cables have an extruded, blue coloured polyolefine outer (water contact) layer and are available with 3 or 4 internal cores. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Saudi Drip HDPE PE100 pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Asrene SP4808'. White coloured, compression moulded HDPE material. For use with water up to 65°C.

‘Drei Bond 5204’. Yellow coloured anaerobic adhesive paste. For use with water up to 85°C. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
