`9011 modified bitumen anticorrosive coating`. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturers `IFU Version no. 03' dated June 18 2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SC4'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating, intended for use with `O` rings, seals & gaskets. Apply as `Superior Group Quality Management System Procedure Reference 8.6’ referenced in document `LDAP-008 issue 1` released 01/05/2020. For use with water up to 85°C
'Unitech DIP Sulphate Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate cement. Mix as per work instructions issue no. 'QAP-MOS-UNITECH 212-13- rev1', dated 21st December 2020. Cure for 6 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PMSP5105-M'. Factory applied, blue coloured Vitreous Enamel coating. Apply and cure as per user instructions reference 'PEM 37' dated '14/10/2020'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PMSP5065-M'. Factory applied, blue coloured Vitreous Enamel coating. Apply and cure as per user instructions reference 'PEM 37' dated '14/10/2020'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'5017 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued January 2020, 'V7.2'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
